Getting started

How does FlyProof work?

Choose your route and travel date, add passenger details, select any add-ons, and pay securely. We create a real airline reservation with a verifiable PNR code. Your ticket is delivered to your email in under 60 seconds.

What do I receive after payment?

You receive a confirmation email with your booking reference (PNR), flight details, and a PDF ticket attached. You can also download the ticket from the success page right after payment.

Is the PNR verifiable?

Yes. Every reservation includes a genuine PNR code that can be verified on the airline's website or by calling the airline directly. Your PNR will show as a confirmed reservation in the airline's system.

Reservations

How long is my reservation valid?

Your reservation is valid for 48 hours from activation. If you chose "Activate Later", the 48 hours start when you click the activation link — not when you pay.

What happens after 48 hours?

The reservation expires automatically. The airline cancels the hold and no further action is needed. If you need a new reservation, simply create a new booking.

Can I book a round trip?

Yes. Select "Round trip" in the booking form, choose your return date, and both outbound and return reservations will be created. A small supplement applies.

Add-ons

What is Flexible Booking?

The Flexible Booking add-on lets you make one change to your reservation — update the flight date, origin, destination, or passenger name. Email [email protected] with your booking reference and the change you need. Changes must be requested within the 48-hour validity period.

What is Activate Later?

With Activate Later, your reservation is not created immediately. You receive an activation link by email. Click it when you're ready to travel, and your 48-hour reservation starts from that moment.

Can I add flexibility after purchase?

Yes. Contact our support team and we'll send you a payment link for the upgrade. After paying, you can make your change right away.

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer full refunds for PNR errors, duplicate transactions, and entry rejection. See our Refund Policy for details.

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive my email

Check your spam folder. Emails come from [email protected]. If you still can't find it, contact us with your booking reference and we'll resend it.

My booking shows an error

Your payment is safe. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll fix it or issue a refund.

I lost my activation link

Contact us with your booking reference or email. We can activate your reservation or resend the link.
