- Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. FlyProof does not store, access, or retain credit card numbers or payment credentials.
- Booking data: origin airport, destination airport, travel dates, passenger details, and reservation references.
- Marketing preferences: whether you opted in to receive promotional communications during checkout.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically when you access our website.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To process and deliver your flight reservation and ticket PDF.
- To send transactional emails including booking confirmations, activation links, delay notifications, and support communications.
- To send marketing communications such as travel tips, deals, and promotional offers (only if you explicitly opted in during checkout).
- To send abandoned cart recovery emails with promotional discounts (only if you opted in to marketing communications).
- To send eSIM product recommendations related to your travel destination (only if you opted in to marketing communications).
- To upload anonymized conversion data to Google Ads for advertising performance measurement.

3. Data Sharing

- Stripe: payment processing. Stripe processes your payment details under their own privacy policy.
- Flight reservation providers: passenger name, gender, and travel dates are shared to create your flight reservation.
- eSIM provider: if you purchase an eSIM, your order details are shared with our eSIM provider to fulfill the order.
- Google Ads: anonymized conversion data (no personal information) for advertising optimization.
- Email delivery service: your email address is shared with our email provider to deliver transactional and marketing emails.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
4. Marketing Communications
We only send marketing emails if you explicitly opted in during the checkout process by checking the marketing consent checkbox.
Marketing communications may include:
